T Machinery, a.s. was established in 2003. It is one of the important production/engineering companies in the area of mining technology and at the same time the only producer in the Czech Republic which is able to design, produce, deliver and put into operation the whole mining complex. Historically, the company picked up the threads of traditional production in this area that have existed in the South Moravia for more than 80 years. The mine Tomáš was established for mechanized lignite mining for power needs of the concern company “BAŤA” in the 1930´s.

Productions

Production of the company is directed at excavating mining complexes in coal, underground mines that consist of the following technology:

Development and production of MB series continuous miners, coal rake conveyor C3K with different height of E-profile, mechanized hydraulic reinforcements in order to secure mining space including their control, coal mining conveyor, machining and production of spare parts, all electrical accessories and regulation of automated mining. T Machinery, a.s. provides a comprehensive service and training activity.

Shearer

The Shearer MB12 – its parameters already represent a powerful mining machine designed for high capacity wall working faces, having thicknesses of up to 5 m. The Shearer MB is designed for both direction, stable-hole-free coal mining in areas classified as SNM 2 environment, with partings having strength of up to 60 MPa, and the gradient in the direction of the working face front of ±25 degrees, and the gradient perpendicular to the working face front of up to ±35 degrees. This extracting machine is an electric two-cylinder shearer, with two pulling electric winches controlled by a transistor frequency converter, motors of cutting elements located in the arms, a computer evaluating the machine operation, and remote control. Swing arms can be completed with stroking shields, improving the loading capacity.

Roof Support

The powered support MVPO 2800 is the supporting fence two props support for the blocking of the break out rooms in low or middle-thickness seams, that are flately located and it is used by the controlled caving method. The support is suitable for the seam bracking with the low rigid hanging walls. It is delivered for mining by the shearer and for ploughing of coal.

Face Scraper Conveyors

The scraper face conveyer C3K of this construction was developed by our specialists especially for market needs. The conveyor C3K 228 has smallish sizes and it is destined for seams of thickness more than o,8 m and especially for use in medium-hard conditions. The troughs are all welded construction with the rolling side profiles. The conveyer capacity is 800 t/h in minimum and the power demand 4×315 kW in maximum. The high abrasive middle board and, especially the “E” profile of the new construction increase the service life up to 3 mil. extracted tons.
